Sleeping up to 9 or 10 persons, the property has a ground floor double room with en suite, a walk through book room which can double up as a 4th bedroom with a single  plus a pull-out truckle bed adjacent to a second east facing vaulted conservatory which has views out towards Spain Tower. Upstairs there is a double room with large mezzanine dressing room, a family bathroom and a children’s bedroom that sleeps 4 with a single bed, bunk beds, a truckle bed and a mezzanine play area accessed by stepladder.

The main open plan living area comprises a large lounge with log stove, corner sofa, piano and dining area. Off the dining area is a beautifully designed and fully equipped fitted kitchen with utility room and separate WC to the rear. In front of the living area is a superb south facing conservatory which looks out over the enclosed private garden and rural views beyond. The room itself has comfy sofas, another dining area and doors to the garden.

Bluebell cottage is accessed up a private track off the quiet road up to Ballylinchy and as well as Baltimore village, there is also a picturesque pebble beach just a short walk away down at Trafaskar.

The property has a lovely enclosed and secluded south facing garden with outdoor furniture, a trampoline and swings in the trees. It should be noted that there is a small self contained cottage on the grounds of the property which is very separate from the house and does not interfere with the quiet enjoyment of guests at Bluebell Cottage.
